Nose : Arômes complexes et séduisants d'agrumes mûrs comme le citron et le pamplemousse, ainsi que de fruits tropicaux comme l'ananas et la mangue. Notes de fleurs blanches.

Palate :  Texture riche et crémeuse. Les arômes peuvent inclure une combinaison d'agrumes, de fruits du verger comme la poire et la pomme, et même de fruits à noyau comme la pêche ou l'abricot. Une acidité agréable qui apporte fraîcheur et équilibre au vin.

Food Pairings : Fish in creamy sauce, Turbot with mustard, Skate with black butter. But also with blue cheese, stilton, Roquefort

]]> The estate was founded in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot. It began as a small wine merchant business in Beaune, Burgundy. Louis Jadot began buying grapes from local growers and producing his own wines, which he then sold under his own label. Over the years, the domaine grew and acquired leading vineyards throughout Burgundy. Louis Jadot concentrated on buying quality terroirs, focusing on the region's most famous appellations.

In 1985, the estate was acquired by the Koch family, originally from Boston in the United States. The Koch family has maintained the Louis Jadot philosophy, producing wines that faithfully reflect the characteristics of each terroir

Today, Domaine Louis Jadot owns and operates over 150 hectares of vineyards throughout Burgundy. They mainly cultivate the region's emblematic grape varieties, such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The estate is renowned for its traditional approach to winemaking, favouring environmentally-friendly methods and limiting chemical intervention. Their wines are renowned for their elegance, finesse and ability to reflect the terroir from which they are made.

Palate : Ample et multidimensionnel, avec une concentration incroyable, un châssis ferme d'extrait sec structurant, des acides vifs et une longue finale l’intensité et la profondeur sont énormes, et la finale phénoménale de persistance.

Nature, the earth and its environment are at the heart of a living system, whose balance is the source of life. This deep conviction has led Anne-Claude Leflaive to connect the entire estate to biodynamic farming since 1996. This philosophy is also a demanding and pragmatic practice that promotes life and basic energy. It is not a method of fighting, for example, cryptogamic diseases, but it keeps parasites at an acceptable level. The health of the vines is strengthened. The wines themselves gain in balance, finesse and elegance. Brice de La Morandière, family manager since 2015, continues to develop the estate according to this philosophy and ethics.
