Nose : Très aromatique avec une incroyable finesse d'arômes de roses anciennes, d'épices asiatiques, de café, de prunes et de chocolat noir.

Palate :  Très élégant, ample et richement structuré autour de tanins à grain fin, avec une belle densité, long, racé, d'une longueur incroyable.

Food Pairings : Smoked venison with parsnip purée, salt baked beetroot. Sirloin steak with bearnaise sauce.

]]> Domaine de la Romanée-Conti dates from the 18th century. It is a symbol of French excellence. Every wine lover dreams of being able to taste one of its bottles one day. Produced in small quantities, they are now very rare and, as a result, highly sought after. There are not enough of them to satisfy all wine lovers, which is why some bottles sometimes fetch record prices. Vintages from 1959, 1999, 2005 and 2009 are particularly popular, as are the record-breaking 2015 vintages.

"Vin de Prince, it is velvet, seduction and mystery. It is the most Proustian of the great wines: under the secret perfume of a rose petal, barely faded, of a Romanée-Conti 1956, is it not the intense and pure sensation of Time Regained that invades us? Could it be that the gods have left us a souvenir in this square of land? The fascinating trace of a timeless perfection?
