Nose : A lovely nose of intense black fruits, tobacco notes, flowers and spices.
Palate : Intense with a beautiful aromatic palette, we find black fruits but also notes of leather and balsamic. Powerful, elegant and complex with a beautiful finish that lingers.
Food Pairings : Tournedos Rossini, Beef tartar with truffles, or Cheeses.

Bernadot is a Barbaresco which, while retaining a deeply traditional soul, satisfies through the sweetness of the nose, the succulence of the sip, and this, without giving in to any redundancy.
In the glass, an explosion of red fruits, grenadine and iris: the mouth is greedy without excessive concentration. Bernadot is a hymn to the varietal beauty of Nebbiolo.
