All the parcels of the Domaine Billaud-Simon are planted within a radius of 2 kilometres, on the left and right banks of the Serein, in the heart of the historic appellation. Today, the Domaine has four Grands Crus (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses and Les Blanchots) and four Premiers Crus (Montée de Tonnerre, Fourchaume, Mont de Milieu and Les Vaillons) as well as the Chablis "Tête d'Or". This prestigious cuvée is a blend of the best parcels planted in the village appellation.
A great Chablis signature, Billaud-Simon has quality old vines, which are sublimated daily by the estate team.
