Originally from Quebec, Patrick, after working for Marc Chapoutier, Olivier Leflaive, Verget and Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard, launched his own micro-negociant in 2008. He does not own any vines and generally sources his wines from Chablis winemakers. He produces several cuvées that reflect the soul and aromatic palette so typical of Chablis and its region.
Mainly buying grapes, he also works with various producers and winemakers to create a range of wines from Chablis (four different terroirs), to Grands Crus (six references including Les Preuses and Grenouilles) and a palette of eleven Premiers Crus.
