Nose : Very clean, with in turn nuances of red fruit, mineral, wood and smoke.

Palate : We find this complexity in the mouth. Despite the great concentration, the tannins do not clash with the palate. The wine is straight, long and precise. Behind the austerity of the façade, we discover a wine of great elegance and refinement.

Food Pairings : Tagine style rabbit with honey and spices, served with a carrot/sweet potato purée. Monkfish and its small vegetables
