La recette angevine de triple sec invent\u00e9e par \u00c9douard-Jean reste secr\u00e8te. Les \u00e9corces d'oranges am\u00e8res et douces sont longuement s\u00e9ch\u00e9es avant de mac\u00e9rer dans de l'eau de vie. Le triple sec est distill\u00e9 trois fois dans des alambics en cuivre. Son taux d'alcool est de 40\u00b0C. La limpidit\u00e9 cristalline de la liqueur est saisissante;"}
