They are complemented by coriander, cardamom, ginger, angelica and, of course, juniper berries indigenous to the Montmor\u00e9lien hillsides. After macerating for 48 hours in organic wheat alcohol, the botanical blend is distilled in a Stupfler\u00ae still, renowned for the quality of its aromatic expression.
