One of the most significant moments in Roederer's history was when Tsar Alexander II of Russia asked Louis Roederer II to create a special cuv\u00e9e for his imperial court. This association with the Russian imperial court greatly contributed to Roederer's reputation at the time. Over the decades, Louis Roederer continued to innovate and develop.
