Nose : Une belle intensité et complexité ou se mêlent  des aromes de réglisse et cire d'abeille.

Palate : Une attaque croquante amenant des notes de vanille toasté et de fruit noire, avec une jolie texture tannique apporté par l'élevage en fût qui apporte une belle longueur en bouche.

Food Pairings : Il s'harmonise parfaitement avec une blanquette de veau, des ris de veau.

Sylvie Milhard, the 4th generation, first worked as an accountant in the Libourne region before continuing her parents' work.
Born in the midst of the boom in intensive agriculture, she quickly realised that her family's estate was one of the few in the region not to follow the path of globalisation. In order to preserve this know-how and philosophy, Sylvie took over Château Vieux Mougnac in 1991.
For her, this estate is much more than just a vineyard, it is a heritage that must be preserved and passed on to future generations.

The particularity of Château Vieux Mougnac is to market old vintages; wines ready to drink.
