					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Colour </strong>Deep, intense red with violet highlights.</p>
<p><strong>Nose : </strong>Puissant et complexe, dévoilant une grande intensité aromatique. On perçoit des arômes de fruits noirs mûrs tels que la cerise noire, la mûre et la prune, ainsi que des notes de fruits rouges plus délicats comme la framboise. Des nuances florales, telles que la violette, ajoutent une dimension supplémentaire à l'ensemble. Des notes d'épices douces, comme la cannelle et le clou de girofle, se mêlent harmonieusement aux arômes fruités.</p>
<p><strong>Palate : </strong><strong> </strong>Riche, généreux et structuré. Les tanins sont fermes mais bien intégrés, apportant une texture veloutée. Les saveurs de fruits noirs se confirment, accompagnées de touches subtiles de baies rouges et de cassis. On distingue également des notes de réglisse, de sous-bois et une légère touche de fumée. La complexité est soutenue par une belle fraîcheur, qui apporte une certaine vivacité à l'ensemble. La finale est longue et persistante, laissant une sensation agréable en bouche.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Domaine Cécile Tremblay is a wine estate located in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, France. Cécile Tremblay herself has been at the head of the estate since 2003. She took over the family business and quickly established herself as one of the most talented winemakers in the region.</p>
<p>The history of the estate goes back several generations. The Tremblay family has been growing vines in Vosne-Romanée since the mid-19th century. Originally, the estate was mainly dedicated to the production of grapes, which were sold to other merchants in the region. Cécile Tremblay decided to transform this practice by making her own wines, in order to highlight the exceptional potential of the family vineyards. The estate owns parcels in some of the most prestigious vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, including Grand Cru appellations such as La Tâche, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Echezeaux. Cécile Tremblay attaches great importance to organic viticulture and works meticulously in the vineyards to obtain grapes of the highest possible quality.</p>
<p>In the cellar, Cécile Tremblay adopts a non-interventionist approach, allowing the wine to express itself naturally without the excessive use of chemicals or aggressive winemaking techniques. Her wines are delicately aged, using mainly French oak barrels, to preserve the purity and finesse of the aromas and flavours. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gaja is an Italian wine producer from the Piemonte region in the district of Langhe, chiefly producing a number of Barbaresco and Barolo wines, and later diversified into Brunello and "Super-Tuscan" production. Its current owner and president Angelo Gaja is credited with developing techniques that have revolutionised winemaking in Italy, and terms such as "the undisputed king of Barbaresco", and "the man who dragged Piedmont into the modern world" have been applied to him, and whose Barbaresco wine is considered a status symbol on a par with Château Lafite-Rothschild or Krug.</p>
<p>The Gaja winery was founded in 1859 by Giovanni Gaja, the Gaja family having arrived from Spain during the 17th century. The family Gaja opened a tavern in Barbaresco, serving its wines with the food. At the end of the 19th century, Gaja wines were bottled and supplied to the Italian army in Abyssinia.</p>
<p>In 1937, Giovanni Gaja, grandson of the founder, first put the name Gaja in big red letters on his bottles' labels. The firm progressed following World War II as Giovanni Gaja made a significant series of vineyard purchases in terms of scale and vineyard quality. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Shafer Vineyards Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay is an exceptional white wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the wine glass, this Californian wine is a bright straw yellow. Fruity-tropical notes of white peach, kiwi and grapefruit unfold in the bouquet and are underlined by hints of toasted almonds. The aromas of the nose are also reflected in the palate and are complemented by a pleasant minerality and a bright, radiant acidity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This white wine is remarkably pure and structured as well as elegant, dense, balanced and full-bodied with a slight creaminess given by the barrel ageing. A long, lingering finish completes this expressive California wine.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Winemaking of Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The grapes are sourced from the Red Shoulder Ranch, named after the Red Shoulder Hawk, which is located in the area around the vineyard.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After the Chardonnay grapes have been carefully harvested by hand, they are immediately taken to the cellar. Here the grapes are strictly selected and prepared for fermentation. The must is fermented exclusively with natural yeasts. Thanks to the absence of malolactic fermentation, this white wine retains its fresh acidity. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Domaine Faiveley is located in the heart of wine-growing Burgundy in Nuits-Saint-Georges where it is historically based.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Faiveley family has progressively extended its estate and today owns some beautiful parcels: Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Mercurey etc. Faiveley exploits more than 10 hectares of Grands Crus and nearly 25 hectares of Premiers Crus.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Les Charmes 2016 is sensual with notes of peach and mango on the nose. Intense, fresh and expressive on the palate. A very nice balance in the mouth.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Description of the vintage</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The 2016 vintage had contrasting weather conditions:<br />
- Budding was early (18 April)<br />
- Very rainy spring<br />
- Massive and historic frost on 27, 28 and 29 April in the Côtes de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Chablis vineyards</p>
