Delas Frères is a wine merchant based in the Rhône Valley region of France. Its history dates back to the 19th century. The history of Delas Frères began in 1835, when Charles Audibert and Philippe Delas founded the company Audibert et Delas in Tournon-sur-Rhône. The company quickly specialised in the production and sale of wines from the Rhône Valley, a region renowned for its red and white wines.

In 1924, the Jaboulet family took control of Delas Frères. The Jaboulet family is itself an emblematic family of the Rhône Valley, with a long tradition in viticulture. Under the management of the Jaboulet family, Delas Frères enjoyed a period of growth and prosperity. Over the decades, Delas Frères acquired an international reputation for the quality of its wines, particularly those from the Rhône Valley's prestigious appellations, such as Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie and Cornas. The company is committed to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Rhône Valley, with an emphasis on the authentic expression of grape varieties and appellations.

In 1977, the winery was acquired by the Swiss group Deutz, which continued to invest in modernising its facilities and promoting the quality of Delas Frères wines. Over the last few decades, Delas Frères has continued to expand its range of wines, while preserving the tradition and authenticity that characterise its production. Delas Frères wines are appreciated by wine lovers and critics alike, consolidating its position as one of the most respected wine merchants in the Rhône Valley.

Domaine du Pré Semelé is located in Maimbray in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux, 5 km north of Sancerre.
The vineyard has been passed down for 4 generations and remains a family-run business.
The 2 brothers, Julien and Clément Raimbault, currently cultivate 20 hectares of Sancerre appellation in organic conversion, with the greatest respect for the terroirs. The Sauvignons are planted on the clay-limestone slopes of Maimbray, 70% of which are white earth and 30% stony. The terres blanches bring power, roundness and minerality. The caillottes bring fruit and finesse. The white Sancerre wines are complex, with great purity and minerality.
