										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Founded in 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, by Pierre Faiveley, this family-run wine merchant rapidly evolved into one of the region's most prestigious estates. Pierre Faiveley was a man of vision who developed the business by acquiring first-rate vineyards, particularly in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Over the generations, the Faiveley family has continued to develop the business and expand its winegrowing estate, acquiring renowned vineyards in various Burgundy appellations. Over the years, Domaine Joseph Faiveley has maintained a traditional approach to viticulture and winemaking, while incorporating modern techniques to preserve the quality and authenticity of its wines. They have also been careful to respect the specific characteristics of each terroir, enabling them to produce wines that faithfully reflect their origins. Today, the estate has a vast vineyard covering more than 120 hectares, some of which are classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru, producing mainly Pinot Noir-based red wines, as well as Chardonnay-based white wines.</p>
<p>The Faiveley family has always been heavily involved in the management of the estate, preserving its heritage while constantly striving to improve the quality of its wines. The combination of a centuries-old winemaking tradition and a modern approach has enabled Domaine Joseph Faiveley to maintain its reputation for excellence over the decades. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is a family-owned wine estate located in Burgundy, France. It takes its name from the fusion of the names of the Arnoux and Lachaux families. The estate has a long history that goes back several generations.</p>
<p>The history of the estate began in 1858 with the acquisition of vineyards by the Arnoux family in Vosne-Romanée, one of the most famous appellations in the Côte de Nuits. Over the years, the family has developed and expanded its vineyards, acquiring plots in prestigious climats such as Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Échezeaux, Clos de Vougeot and others.</p>
<p>In 2009, Charles Lachaux, representing the fifth generation of the Arnoux family, took over the management of the estate. He brought new ideas and a more rigorous approach to viticulture and winemaking. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Angel's Envy Bourbon is a renowned brand of bourbon whisky from the USA, known for its innovative finishing methods and commitment to quality.</p>
<p>Angel's Envy was founded by Lincoln Henderson, a whisky industry legend with over 40 years' experience at Brown-Forman, where he worked on brands such as Woodford Reserve. The brand was launched in 2011 by Lincoln Henderson and his son, Wes Henderson. Lincoln wanted to create a whisky that was unique and different, using unconventional cask finishing techniques. What sets Angel's Envy apart from other bourbons is its finishing in port casks. After the traditional maturation in American white oak casks, the bourbon is transferred to port casks for a 3-6 month finish, giving it rich, complex notes of dried fruit, vanilla and caramel. The brand has also explored other types of finish, such as rum casks for their Rye whisky, adding additional layers of flavour.</p>
<p>In 2016, Angel's Envy opened its own distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, on Main Street, in a historic area known as ‘Whiskey Row’. This modern facility allows the brand to control the entire production process. Since its inception, Angel's Envy has won numerous prestigious awards and has been recognised by critics and whisky lovers alike for its exceptional quality and innovative approach. Sadly, Lincoln Henderson passed away in 2013, but his legacy lives on through Angel's Envy. Wes Henderson and his sons continue the family tradition, continually innovating and maintaining the high standards set by Lincoln. The brand remains true to the Lincoln philosophy: ‘Never rest on your laurels and always seek to improve the product’.</p>
<p>Angel's Envy - Cask Strength Port Wine Barrel Finish 2017 is a limited and highly sought after edition of the Angel's Envy range. Angel's Envy launched its first Cask Strength release in 2012.
