Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Echézeaux Grand Cru 2017
Colour : Deep, intense red.
Nose : Delicate, on red fruits, raspberry in the lead, a little blood orange, peony, slightly spicy.
Palate : Greedy while keeping the aromatic elegance of the nose, we really have the sensation of a wine infused with a natural concentration. The complexity is supported by a nice freshness, which brings a certain vivacity to the whole. The finish is long and persistent.
Food Pairings : It goes perfectly with game in sauce, mature cheeses and most beef dishes.

Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is a family-owned wine estate located in Burgundy, France. It takes its name from the fusion of the names of the Arnoux and Lachaux families. The estate has a long history that goes back several generations.
The history of the estate began in 1858 with the acquisition of vineyards by the Arnoux family in Vosne-Romanée, one of the most famous appellations in the Côte de Nuits. Over the years, the family has developed and expanded its vineyards, acquiring plots in prestigious climats such as Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Échezeaux, Clos de Vougeot and others.
In 2009, Charles Lachaux, representing the fifth generation of the Arnoux family, took over the management of the estate. He brought new ideas and a more rigorous approach to viticulture and winemaking. Charles has also worked to convert the estate to organic viticulture, with an emphasis on respect for the environment.
