Terroir sandy flint, old vines. Tracy sur Loire. Western slopes, facing the Loire.
Vinification:
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed. Light cold settling. 100% natural vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 9 months on fine lees, which means the wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling.
