Nose : Intense and inviting with a bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, and plum, along with hints of leather, tobacco, earth, and spice.

Palate :  Full-bodied and silky smooth, with a perfect balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins. Flavours of dark fruit dominate, with notes of black cherry, blackberry, and cassis, complemented by hints of vanilla, oak, and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of minerality.

Food Pairings : Pair well with rich and flavourful dishes like roast beef, game, or strong cheese.
